Service Description
This is phase 1, where it all begins. You and Rebecca will meet and speak on-site as you give us information about what you are looking to upgrade in your space. Ideas will be exchanged. Post meeting you will emailed design notes with suggestions and advice for taking your project to the next Phase.
Cancellation Policy
TERMS OF SERVICE These terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") govern the use of www.rackdesign.ca (the "Site") and any services booked through this Site. This Site is owned and operated by Rack Design. By booking services through this Site, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions. Intellectual Property All content published and made available on our Site is the property of Rack Design. This includes, but is not limited to, images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files, and anything that contributes to the composition of our Site. Sale of Services The following services are available on our Site: Virtual Interior Design Services (including consultations, Room Refresh, and Exclusive Design packages) In-Person Services (as offered and listed on the Site) Services must be paid in full at the time of booking. All descriptions of services are provided as accurately as possible. However, Rack Design is not legally bound by service descriptions or images as variations may occur. Payments We accept the following payment methods: Credit Card PayPal By providing payment information, you authorize Rack Design to charge the payment method for the full service amount. If payment is declined or reversed, Rack Design reserves the right to cancel or refuse the booking. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows You may reschedule a booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable. If you do not attend your appointment or arrive more than 15 minutes late, the session will be considered a no-show and will not be refunded. In exceptional cases, refund requests may be considered at the discretion of Rack Design. Preparation for Virtual Consultations To ensure you get the most out of your consultation, you may be asked to provide photos, measurements, and/or inspiration images in advance. If these are not provided, the designer may not be able to deliver the full scope of recommendations during your session. Designer Commitment Rack Design is committed to delivering high-quality design services tailored to each client’s needs. Every effort will be made to ensure client satisfaction with the final design outcome.
